About Us

The Champagne Problems Podcast was developed by mental health and wellness professional Robbie Shaw with the collaboration of co-hosts, Patrick Balsley and Charlotte Cameron. Each host and guest brings a unique perspective to the airwaves, with the collective mission to safely allow all of us to step back and explore our own relationships with food, exercise, alcohol, drugs, sex, sleep, love, and work. Episodes reflect the hosts’ own experiences and own opinions, as well as those of special guests invited on to offer their own perspectives. It is our hope that you’ll tune in and we can inform, normalize and possibly enjoy these conversations!

A Unique Perspective

Champagne Problems is a mental health and well-being podcast. We explore all normalized behaviors and discuss the influence they have on our psychological and physical wellness. We are not Doctors and we do not diagnose or direct, but we do explore, educate and inspire with the intention of informing our listeners of what they may need to be better versions of themselves. Our goal is to remain objective and our mission is to normalize these conversations so we can feel more comfortable taking a look at ourselves to make the necessary changes minus the shame.

It is our hope that you’ll tune in and it’ll make you think

(and possibly make you laugh!)

Champagne Problems is a treasure trove of content.

“In a day and age when we have completely normalized using alcohol to numb ourselves, it’s refreshing to see discussion about that normalization normalized. This podcast brings to the surface difficult content that I think we all need to look at. I enjoy alcohol and would like to say that you don’t have to be sober or contemplating sobriety to learn from this group. From exploring insecurities to how to talk with our children, Champagne Problems is a treasure trove of content. Thank you.”
